Brian Rector


As a Partner at Able Financial Group, Brian is able to make his unique skill set and experience a powerful asset to Able’s contracted advisors. With a background in mutual funds and annuity wholesaling, Brian takes his knowledge and applies it in his personal practice, Cantilever Financial Group. Our advisors benefit from Brian’s first-hand and ever growing experience working one-on-one with prospects allowing him to leverage what’s working now with agents across the country. His experience with clients is a defining value to every advisor we work with.

Outside of work Brian enjoys landscaping his property in Parker, CO and spending time with his family. Brian and his wife, Christina, have two boys: Colten and Cannon.

Allison Hejlik Schaecher


Allison is a veteran annuity marketer having worked in this field full-time since graduating from Iowa State University in 2005. Since then, she has been part of now three elite marketing organizations. Her focus is on case design and support for your business to place the right products and strategies for your clients, alleviating some of the work that you the advisor have to do, ensuring you are providing the best options. Having the ability to work with hundreds of agents, in turn, helping thousands of clients to protect their retirement assets allows her to love what she does each and every day.

Allison and her husband, Luke, have two children, an energetic toddler, Lucy, and their most recent addition, Lark. Luke and Allison enjoy the Colorado outdoors with their children and friends.

Richy Hirtle


Richy’s attention to detail and incredible work ethic has made him a valuable member of the Able team. He is an Air Force Veteran and brings with him an intense dedication to his craft and to the agents he supports. Richy takes pride in implementing top-level agent support specializing in strategic lead generation tactics, targeted Facebook advertising, and marketing automation. He is a detail sniper who finds accomplishment and satisfaction in helping his agents become more successful in all phases of business from start to finish. He is also pivotal to onboarding new advisors through his creative recruitment efforts.

Richy and his wife, Hannah, have three sons: Tytus, Tayden, and Teryk. When he is not at work or in class working towards his master’s degree, he spends his free time with his family and friends. He also enjoys football (12th man!), basketball, fishing, camping and attempting DIY projects at home.

Andrew Riis


Andrew’s decade of experience in insurance and financial services has propelled him to becoming an elite member of the Able team while he has been at Able Financial Group. With experience as both internal support and client facing sales for State Farm, Andrew has leveraged his unique capabilities to offer unparalleled support to the advisors he works with. Because he maintains active insurance licenses, he routinely works with friends and family members through the sales process, further deepening his understanding of the support his advisors rely on him to provide. His top priorities as are to support his contracted agents through sales and marketing support.

Andrew enjoys fishing, bass guitar and doing DIY home projects with his wife. He and his wife, Krystle, have six children: Ginny, Jenson, Juniper, twins Silje & Laurel, and the most recent addition of Perrine.

Able Financial Group has been strategically partnered with Brokers International, one of the industry’s largest retirement marketing organizations, since its inception.

While agents contracted with Able primarily work and communicate with the team in our office, the relationship with Brokers International gives our agents immediate access to an additional team of people who can help them get contracted with carriers, explore product options, offer best practices advice, and give them the one-on-one support needed to write more business whenever necessary. The best part about this partnership is that our agents will never experience a cut in commissions because of this relationship. Our agents get access to all of the groundbreaking programs and support at Able while also being backed by one of the strongest and largest groups in the industry!

I have now presented 3 programs and have gotten a 90% appointment rate. Better than anything I have done before. I am also getting more buying units than I was getting doing the other programs. The best part yet is that is about half the cost…kind of like buy 1 get 1 free. Love it.
